Ross G. Boucher, P.E., President of Boucher & James, Inc. proudly announced to employees on January 9, 2013, that the company formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) joining a growing number of professional firms whose employees are becoming owners of the company where they work. 

Boucher & James, Inc. was incorporated in 1962 and recently celebrated its 50th year in business. The company was founded by Norman R. Boucher (Ross' father) and Thomas E. james.

Ross Boucher, P.E., will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.  The company will now be managed by  four Managing Directors.  They are: Mark W. Eisold, P.E., Judith Stern Goldstein, ASLA, R.L.A., David R. Jones and Jon S. Tresslar, P.E., P.L.S.  Together the four Directors have over seventy combined years of experience with Boucher & James, Inc.
