Sauers Tree & Landscape Service, Inc. has earned the service industry-coveted 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor awarded annually to approximately 5 percent of all the companies rated on Angie’s List, the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies.

I called these guys out to my house and they gave me a outrageous quote and then I told them to do the job and they came 4 months later and wanted to charge me more saying that they under quoted the job blah blah blah.... I can never trust Angies's List, because more of the time its people that work for the companies that do the ratings.

Good morning Mr. Harris, this is Stephanie, one of the owners of Sauers, Inc. I wanted to reach out because I have looked into our records and over the past year and we have only worked for (2) Harris families. The one was a storm job only a month ago and the other was in Dec 2011. I checked back on those records and the proposal was signed on 11/16 and the work was completed 12/8; there were no additional charges added to the invoice. Perhaps we had performed a service for you prior to that time but I can assure you Mr. Harris that the business practices you mention in your comment are not ones that we currently follow, nor do I feel we ever have. We keep in constant contact with our clients, always try to service clients on a first come first served basis unless there is some type of emergency, and we never charge more unless additional work is requested on the job after the time of proposal. At that time, we would still provide another proposal for you to sign off on - we always aim to be on the same page with our clients and as another precaution - myself or our secretary calls each client upon completion of the work. This was a practice started approx. 1 year ago and it ensures that all of our clients are satisfied before the invoice even makes it to your mailbox. These are just some of the examples of how we operate our business, and I can assure you customer satisfaction is one of our highest priority's along with safety and quality.
