Local Residents Line Up for Their Free Rita's Water Ice
Rita's Water Ice offered free Italian ice in celebration of the first day of spring.
The weather might be cold outside, but most people still like free things.
The lines may not have been as long as they have been in the past, but people still gathered at the Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley to collect their free treats from Rita's Water Ice.
The popular franchise held their annual free Water Ice giveaway on Wednesday in celebration of the first day of spring.
