Did you remember to spring forward?

Clocks went from 1:59 a.m. directly to 3 a.m. Sunday, a switch that will bring an extra hour of daylight every evening.

The official sunset in Philadelphia was at 6:01 p.m. Saturday, and will be at 7:02 p.m. Sunday.

Of course, mornings will be darker for awhile — sunrise was at 6:24 a.m. Saturday, and will not come until 7:22 a.m. Sunday, the National Weather Service said.

Are you excited for an extra hour of daylight every evening?

I would much rather be up in the morning.

I do not like daylight savings time. I think it is unnatural. Our human schedules cannot adjust. Think how bad you feel when you wake up tomorrow morning for work. Our bodies are aligned to the sun and the moon naturally. We should keep it that way.

Spring back, fall forward
