Where/When: Congregation Beth Or, 239 E. Welsh Road, Maple Glen; May 26-27, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Why Go: Olitsky Fine Art Gallery will host an exhibit featuring over 40 original paintings by local artist Barbara Rosenzweig, through June 7. The show includes Rosenzweig’s signature watercolors, winter landscapes and the bustling South Philly Italian Market.

Why Go: The Sixth Annual Summer Fun Festival and Carnival, includes rides, games, food and live entertainment. Benefits local organizations.

Pricing: $2 daily, $5 weekly pass for adults 18 and over; $1 daily, $3 weekly pass for students; children under 12, police, EMS, firefighters, military personnel free with ID

Why Go: Game Night for students in grades six to 12, features big-screen Wii, board and card games, snacks, laughs and fun with friends.

Why Go: Serving up delicious food and drinks, along with a wide variety of shisha flavors, Fig Café is a cool place to sit back and enjoy live performances. 18 and up.

Where/When: Outdoor Gazebo in Town Square, Greenwood Avenue and Leedom Street, Jenkintown; May 29, 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Why Go: Jenkintown Community Band presents “Love, Latin, Live” concert, including Latin dance music, jazz, swing and big band arrangements.
