Philadelphians have been named second on Slate's list of worst drivers in America, behind Miami. According to the report, Philadelphia ranks second in collisions and pedestrian crashes and ranks 16th for driving while intoxicated deaths.
Slate considered years between traffic accidents, automotive fatalities, alcohol-related driving deaths, and pedestrian strikes.
