What's Open and Closed on Fourth of July?

Here's a list of what's open and closed in Upper Moreland Township on Thursday, in honor of Independence Day.

Open:

Giant Food Store, 315 York Road in Willow Grove will be open regular hours (round-the-clock)

Bux-Mont Transportation, 723-735 Fitzwatertown Road in Willow Grove is open from 6 a.m. until midnight.

Pep Boys is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Wawa stores, including the township location at 425 W. Moreland Road in Willow Grove will be open 24 hours.

Panera Bread, 30 Park Ave., in Willow Grove, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

TD Bank, which remains open for federal holidays, is one exception to banks being closed. The bank, which has a branch at 2900 W. Moreland Road in Willow Grove will be open on Thursday.

Closed:

Wine and Spirits stores, including the Willow Grove location.

Upper Moreland municipal building, including the tax office. Trash and recycling will not be picked up on Thursday. Residents whose trash and recycling is picked up on Thursdays will instead have a July 8 pickup. There will be no yard waste pickup on July 8. Yard waste pickup will resume on July 15.
