Scoop Up Summer with Discounted Treats
Rita's franchises, including the Willow Grove location, are offering special first day of summer pricing on selected items on Friday.
To mark the official kickoff to summer, Rita's locations are dishing up savings on water ice and gelatis.
In honor of the first day of summer, Rita's is offering regular water ice for $2 or a gelati (water ice layered with custard) for $3. Rita's stores are located in Willow Grove at 1135 York Road; Huntingdon Valley at 2024 County Line Road; and in Abington at 1700 Old York Road.
According to weather.com, it will be sunny and 82 degrees in Willow Grove, making it the perfect temperature to take in some rays-and cool off with a treat. Friday also marks the longest day of the year in terms of sunlight. So grab some sun and enjoy the first taste of summer.
