Willow Grove Chamber, Thomas Murt to Host Job Fair
The job fair is a free event and will feature 40 local businesses and entrepreneurs looking to hire.
HARRISBURG-- Rep. Thomas Murt (R-Montgomery/Philadelphia) and the Willow Grove Chamber of Commerce will hold a Job Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Williamson Restaurant, Route 611 and Blair Mill Road in Horsham.
This event features more than 40 local businesses and entrepreneurs who want to meet prospective employees. The event is free. Attendees are asked to bring several copies of their resume and dress professionally.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for job seekers, as many local businesses are looking for employees who would like to play a role in expanding Willow Grove as an economic force,” Murt said. “These may be challenging economic times, but job opportunities exist right in our community. I urge everyone who has been searching for work or is interested in tackling a new challenge to take the time and visit us.”
