New Student Registration at Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School

Registration will be take place for our regional Catholic School on Tuesday, March 18th from 10:00 – 11:00 am and 7:00 – 8:00 PM in the CARES/Faculty Room located in the upper school building on the second floor. All children must be the following age for the listed class on or before September 1, 2014 PreK 3 – age 3; PreK4 – age 4, Kindergarten- age 5, First Grade – age 6. No exceptions to the age requirement can be made. 

At the time of registration you will need the following:
• Registration Forms (now available in the school office or online at http://
www.qoaschool.org Click on the admissions tab.
• State Birth Certificate (original needed, a copy will be made)
• Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at St. David or Our Lady Help of Christians)
• Immunization Record
• Small picture of child
• Registration Fee 
Our parish offers the children a quality, Catholic education enhanced with technology, 
Spanish, art, music, physical education, library. Honors math is available for grades 4-8. 

Our PreK program offers an outstanding curriculum that meets the needs of both working and stay at home parents. PreK3 +4 has classes the following times:
Full time: Monday – Friday 8:15 – 3:00 
 (AM CARES begins at 7 AM. PM Cares runs 3:00 – 6:00 PM)
Half Day: Monday – Friday 8:15 – 12:00 noon
PreK 3Only: Half Day or full day 3 days: Monday- Wednesday – Friday 
Tuition rates prove to be more reasonable than local day care services.
