Viewfinder: 2012 Boileau Festival

The Friends of Nathaniel Boileau Farmstead held its sixth-annual spring event on May 5.

The free event held several activities and demonstrations that brought Colonial living back to life.

Held at , the last remaining historic farmstead in Upper Moreland, the annual event brought in an estimated 300 visitors, many of whom are Upper Moreland residents finding out about the township's last remaining historic farm for the very first time.

The above photo gallery includes shots of a Colonial encampment by volunteers of Newtown, a performance by Penn’s Woods Puppet Theater of Horsham, several children’s pastime activities with Past Masters of Colonial Domestic Arts and a sheep-herding demonstration.
