Warrant Service
On Thursday, January 10, at 6:30pm, Michael J. Burns, 36 years old, from Upper Moreland, and Breane M. Bingham, 26 years old, from Upper Moreland, were both arrested on bench warrants from District Court 38-02-08 (Upper Moreland) for failure to pay fines when officers located them at a disturbance on Green lane Terrace. They were released to the custody of a State Constable.
Driving Under the Influence
On Monday, January 7, at 12:04am, Stephen Pasquarella, 33 years old, from Upper Moreland, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related traffic offenses when he was stopped in the area of Tanner Avenue and Warminster Road.

On Tuesday, January 1, at 2:28am, Martin J. Nahrgang Jr., 52 years old, from Upper Moreland, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related traffic offenses when he was stopped on Horsham Road near York Road.
