Man Charged with Rape of Unconscious Teen in Vacant Apartment
The charges were in connection to a party with minors and alcohol at a vacant Blair Mill Village East Apartment in Upper Moreland.
Markley Charles, 24, of E. Dorset Street in Philadelphia was charged with raping a passed out 15-year-old girl during a party held in a vacant apartment, according to a Phillyburbs.com article.
The report states that the incident took place on Feb. 26, when Upper Moreland Police found the girl with her pants and underwear inside out in a Blair Mill Village East vacant apartment, still unconscious and extremely intoxicated.
Charles was charged with rape, numerous sex offenses and providing alcohol to a minor.

Charles’ brother and an 18-year-old Hatboro woman have also been charged in connection with the party.
Charles had a preliminary hearing on the charges before District Judge Paul Leo on Wednesday.
