Possession

On Oct. 25 at 11:43 a.m. an officer stopped a white Nissan on Skippack Pike in the area of Deerpath Drive for several vehicle violations. During the stop the officer smelled marijuana and a subsequent search of the driver, Keith Copestick, 18-years-old of the unit block of Louella Drive in Plymouth Meeting, the officer located what appeared to be hallucinogenic mushrooms in his pocket. He was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia. The front passenger, Matthew Gusoff, 20-years-old of the 1000 block of Easton Road in Willow Grove, was also found to be in possession of marijuana, numerous pills, a scale and a jar containing marijuana. Should lab results confirm the substances, Matthew Gusoff will be charged with Possession with the Intent To Deliver, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Keith Copestick will be charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
