Harassment

On Feb. 1, at 6:42 p.m., James Carlson, 47, from Langhorne was cited for Harassment after being warned not to call the victim per court order. Carlson was continuously calling the victim at her home on York Road.

DUI

On Feb. 1, at 1:59 a.m., police arrested Carrie Tripodi, 32, from the unit block of Belmont Station of Southampton, after her vehicle was stuck in a snow embankment on County Line Road. Tripodi had the strong ardor of alcohol on her breath. Tripodi failed sobriety tests and had a .13 Blood-Alcohol Content. Tripodi was charged with DUI, Careless Driving and Speeding.

Solicitor

Joseph Viviani, 23, of Norristown, was cited for soliciting without a permit on Feb. 4 at 2:50 p.m. A complaint was made while canvassing the unit block of Newington Drive. The reporting party told police that Viviani was pushy attempting to sell a new roof from "Power Home Improvements". Viviani was located on the 600 block of Topsfield Drive doing the same.
