Retail theft

  • On Feb. 12 at 3:15 p.m., Ryan Zygmont, 20, from the 600 block of York Road in Hatboro, was cited for retail theft at Walmart after he concealed four boxes of condoms in his jacket. Zygmont was stopped by Walmart security. The value of the condoms totaled $40.95. Zygmont was cited and released at the scene.

DUIs

  • On Feb. 12 at 2:08 a.m., police observed Michael Fisher, 23, of Richboro, cross the double yellow lines several times on Warminster Road. Fisher's breath samples yielded a .16 percent blood alcohol level. Fisher was charged with DUI and other related traffic offenses.
  • On Feb. 12 at 2:16 a.m., police observed a vehicle making an illegal left turn onto Blair Mill from Veser Lane. The driver, Lauren Livingston, 31, of Liverpool, N.Y., was found to be intoxicated. The passenger, John Dausman, 42, of Horsham, got out of the vehicle and was confrontational with officers when told to get back into the vehicle. Both Livingston and Dausman resisted arrest and used foul language during the investigation. Livingston bit one of the officers while being placed into the cell. Livingston refused a breath test. In addition to the DUI charge, Livingston was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dausman was charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Both Livingston and Dausman spent the night in the cells until they sobered up.
  • On Feb. 13 at 3:21 a.m., police stopped Derek McDonnell, 34, of Horsham, after observing him driving erratically on Fitzwatertown Road to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. McDonnell showed numerous signs of intoxication and failed sobriety tests. McDonnell's breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of .09 percent.
