DUI'S

  • On March 9, at 12:02 a.m.. police stopped James Colwell, from the 2500 Block of Dorthy St. in Hatboro, on Terwood Rd after observing him traveling at a high rate of speed. Colwell failed his sobriety tests and tested a .18 percent. Colwell was charged with DUI and other related traffic offenses.
  • On March 9, at 12:32 a.m., police stopped Ayal Feinberg, 22, from the 900 Block of Washington Lane in Rydal, after observing him operating his vehicle carelessly on Easton Rd. Feinberg failed sobriety tests and had a breath test of .14 percent. Feinberg was charged with DUI and other traffic offenses.

  • On March 7, at 8:45 a.m., sometime over the weekend, Contour Logistics, 2950 Turnpike Drive, had one of their company trucks broken into. It appears actor(s) gained entry to where the trucks are located with bolt cutters. A chain and padlock were lying on the ground. A cell phone, GPS and scanner were taken.
  • On March 8, at 6:03 p.m., police received information regarding a theft at the Upper Moreland Library. It was reported that two males fled the library after stealing a librarian's cell phone. A description was broadcasted of the two males. The one male,  James Gahagan, 18, from the 800 Block of Easton Road in Glenside, was located at Giant; 315 York Road placed under arrest and later charged with the theft.
