DUI'S

• March 10, at 11:59 p.m., police stopped Dennis Mucerino, 18, from the 100 block of Krewson Terrace, on York Road after observing him traveling at a high rate of speed. Mucerino breath test resulted in a .05 percent. Mucerino is under the age of 21 and prohibited from driving with any alcohol in his system. In addition to a DUI, Mucerino was charged with underage consumption and several traffic violations.The 17 year old's, who is from Hatboro, breath test resulted a .02 percent and he will be cited for underage consumption.

• On March 12, at 2:33 a.m., police observed Jennifer Kastenhuber, 36, from the 500 block of Grant Ave. in Willow Grove, driving erratically on York Road. Kastenhuber failed her sobriety tests and yielded a .12 percent on her breath test.

Liquor Laws

• On March 10, 3:41 a.m., police were dispatched for a noise complaint at the Village Green Apartments; 503 Warminster Road. The officer observed numerous subjects in the hallway of building X. As officer approached the subjects one of them off took off running. The officer was able to apprehend him within minutes. The officer knocked on the apartment where the loud noise was coming from. The apartment was full of empty beer bottles. All subjects gathered in the living room where they were all tested. All the above were cited for underage consumption. Haas and Leone were also cited for Public Drunkenness.

• Kristen Marie Quinn 19, from the 900 blk of Lansing Street, Philadelphia
• Thomas Lee Baldowski 18, from the 2500 blk of Parrish Street, Philadelphia

• On March 15, at 12:03 a.m., An officer observed John O'Connell, 29, from the 200 Block of Warminster Road in Hatboro, staggering down County Line Road. O'Connell was found to be intoxicated 13 percent and placed under arrest O'Connell was cited for Public Drunkeness and released at his residence.
