On July 5, 2011, at 1:42 a.m., Montgomery County communications received multiple calls for a vehicle accident on Byberry Road. near Warminster Road.
Arriving police officers found two vehicles and a single family residence fully engulfed in flames.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a car traveling westbound on Byberry Road, left the roadway and traveled across the lawn of 3150 Byberry Road, struck a parked vehicle in the driveway and then struck the residence.

The family escaped the residence before it was consumed in fire.
Police discovered two fatalities inside the vehicle. Their identification is not known at this time. The Montgomery County Coroner’s office was on scene and the investigation is continuing.
