Richard Dilks, James McGrath and Berry L. Pelfrey were all charged in connection with the robbery that took place around 8:30 p.m.
Initially, it was believed there were two suspects involved in the crime. One suspect used a tool to cut open the security cable supporting a freestanding jewelry case to the counter. The other took the case and fled.
When the loss prevention officer attempted to stop the suspect who took the case, the other threatened him with a knife and indicated there was a gun in the car.
The officer fled to safety, and neither suspect displayed a gun.
