Upper Moreland Declares Snow Emergency
The emergency remains in effect until Tuesday.
Upper Moreland has declared a snow emergency, officials said.
The snow emergency will be in effect from 7 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Tuesday.
During snow emergencies, all cars must be removed from snow emergency routes.
