Upper Moreland Properties Up for Sheriff Sale
Hundreds of Montgomery County properties will be sold at Wednesday's sheriff's sale, including six in Upper Moreland Township.
More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County sheriff's sale on Wednesday, including six in Upper Moreland.
The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Court House in Norristown.
Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have 10 percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within 10 days of the sale.
