On Friday, Oct. 28, the sponsored another successful blood drive with the help of the American Red Cross.  Once again, UMHS was among the busiest of school based blood drives, with students and teachers donating 96 pints.

On the same day as the blood drive, our Key Club also sponsored a dress down day to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma society.  Individuals who made a donation and dressed down were encouraged to wear pink in honor of breast cancer awareness month, thus raising awareness for two important issues.

In sports, boys varsity soccer prepared for their appearance in a in a game being played at CB West.

UMHS students will continue to keep busy while giving back to their community throughout the school year.  In fact, some of them will be working the polls on Election Day.  They would be happy to speak with interested voters about all of the great things going on this year at !
