Members of the Upper Moreland High School () Girls Bowling and Swim teams were honored at the recent regular meeting of the Upper Moreland School Board.
Among the members honored were siblings Natalee and Sydney Szopo and Pat Smith.
It was announced at the meeting that Pat and Natalee were PIAA District 1 champions in swimming and diving. Both Natallee and her sister Sydney are state medalists.

In, according to coach Dale Simonsen, the team went 51-5 this season to become Suburban 1 champions.
“The great news is that none of the girls are seniors and they’ll be coming back,” Simonsen said.
