Kencrest Services is a leader in providing care for adults with various types of disabilities.
It has been my great pleasure to work with them since I was first elected.
On June 1, Kencrest hosted a formal at Upper Moreland High School for their clients and caregivers. They used the decorated gymnasium that Upper Moreland's seniors enjoyed the evening before for their own formal.
Kencrest's prom was a great success with over 300 of their clients and caregivers enjoying a great time together, with opportunities to dance and to enjoy a catered meal, donated by Cafe Lombardi's in Horsham.
Thank you very much to the School District of Upper Moreland Township, Superintendent, Robert Milrod, the school board, and the teachers and staff who contributed so much to making the Kencrest formal such a great success.
The School District of Upper Moreland Township is to be congratulated for their support of those members of our community who have disabilities.
