make sure you know call your Insurance Company about the medication you are receiving from this pharmacy. They will not tell you if your Insurance has a covered mail-in service and will tell you it is not a covered item. The pharmacist told me my medication wasn't covered a covered item when it IS a covered item...just not through them. When I called for a refund and suggested they inform their patients more accurately I was told "I can't call Insurance Companies for every patient!". He was also very rude, which made it an even worse experience.
