Serial Masturbator Suspect Waives Charges

Gerald Boyce Jr. had the number of counts reduced, but all charges remain against the Lansdale man

Gerald Boyce Jr., of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, Lansdale, on Thursday afternoon waived all charges against him during a preliminary hearing before District Judge Harold Borek to arraignment at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in July. Boyce will be arraigned in county court on July 18 at 9:30 a.m. Boyce is a suspect in five public masturbation incidents wherein eight of the 10 victims were underage. Boyce, 40, the father of an 8-year-old daughter, is suspected of being the serial masturbator that has been targeting teenage girls and women in and around Lansdale train station since June 2011, according to police. Bikers Against Child Abuse To Hold Annual Victims' Benefit

The 5th-Annual benefit will be held on March 24 at Third and Walnut in Lansdale from 7 to 11 p.m.

It's that time of year again! The Montgomery County chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse will hold their 5th-Annual Victim's Benefit on Saturday, March 24, at Third and Walnut in Lansdale. The group was recently honored by the Montgomery Bar Association, who presented them with the Honorable Milton O. Moss Public Service Award for their efforts in the community. "The money we raise is donated directly to victims of child abuse, as well as the Victim's Service Center in Norristown, the Laurel House and Mission Kids," said Richard Bennett, president of the Montco chapter.
