Upper Moreland Arrests: Controlled Substance Dealer, Retail Theft, More
The following was reported by the Upper Moreland Police Department.
The Upper Moreland Police Department has released its latest update on arrests made in the township. Sept. 9 Johnathan Richard Alvelovazquez of Hatboro was charged with manufacturing, delivery, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance. Sept. 6 Joshua Nathaniel Gibson of Jenkintown was charged with theft by unlawful taking. Sept. 5 Colleen Silvestri of Horsham was charged with Retail Theft. August 23 Kevin Nguyen of Horsham was charged with Retail Theft.
