Want to make a food donation to your local pantry – without having to leave your house? The national Stamp Out Hunger food drive offers just such an opportunity. On Saturday, May 12, the nation’s 210,000 mail carries will pick up non-perishable items left out by home mailboxes and take them to a local hunger relief organization. Now in its 20th year, Stamp Out Hunger has been referred to as the largest, single-day food drive in the nation.
