Hundreds of Montgomery County properties will be on the block for the monthly sheriff's sale Wednesday, March 27.
More than 440 properties are on the list for Wednesday’s Montgomery County sheriff's sale, including 6 from Upper Moreland. However, many of the sales are often postponed during the process of a tax sale or foreclosure, so check the list to make sure individual properties will actually go on the block March 27. These are the properties listed in Upper Moreland: Sales start at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Courthouse, Swede and Airy Streets in Norristown. There is a minimum total bid amount that must be exceeded for each property to sell. How very sad to read so many people are losing their homes. We have been severely affected by unemployment also. My heart goes our to all those suffering financially, we feel your pain all too well.   more ›
