Police converged on a Warminster apartment building Tuesday night where a man allegedly exchanged gunfire with police, leaving a 90-year-old dead, according to reports.
UPDATED: 1:50 a.m. Warminster police are evacuating an apartment complex and nearby residents while a standoff with an alleged gunman continues. Police were called to the Jefferson on the Creek apartment complex, 675 E. Street Rd., Warminster, for a domestic disturbance at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and "were met with gufire," according to Warminster Police Chief Mike Murphy. The police and the gunman had a "firefight for a short period of time" before the man barricaded himself and his common law wife inside the apartment, Murphy said. The woman eventually got out of the apartment and is being interviewed by police. No police officers have been injured so far, Murphy said. Jose Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Police say a man who allegedly fired off several shots inside a County Line Road eatery Friday morning has turned himself in. NBC10 reports Jose Delgado, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to Warminster Police last night. Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail. Police say a 24-year-old man is dead after being shot in an alley in Norristown on Christmas night.
Norristown Police responded to the area of West Scott Alley and Park Alley at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Christmas night, Tuesday, Dec. 25, for a report of a shooting and are now investigating a homicide. According to authorities, a 24-year-old unidentified local man has been pronounced dead from multiple gunshot wounds. There is no suspect and police are investigating the crime in collaboration with Montgomery County Detectives. One male is in critical condition and one female is in stable condition after a shooting in Willow Grove.
A shooting was reported shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday night at the Willow Hill Apartments in the 400 block of Easton Road. The Upper Moreland Police Department has confirmed two adults were shot; one male and one female. The male is in critical condition and the female is in stable condition. One gun has been recovered and a suspect is in custody. More information to come...

According to a philly.com article, a 15-year old Willow Grove youth was shot and killed in North Philadelphia, July 5. The report said that the teen was shot around 11:50 a.m., near a North Philadelphia train station, and was pronounced dead at 12:23 p.m. at Temple University Hospital. County Commissioners Shapiro and Richards, along with DA Risa Ferman, honed their marksmanship at the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Campus last Friday.
On Friday, May 4th, Montgomery County Commissioners Josh Shapiro and Leslie Richards toured the Montgomery County Safety Training Campus, and had the opportunity to fire handguns and a Thompson submachine gun. The facility is located at 1175 Conshohocken Road, in the Conshohocken section of Plymouth Township. District Attorney Risa Ferman, Chief Operating Officer Lauren Lambrugo, Sheriff Eileen Behr, and a number of other county employees joined the commissioners on their tour.
