The Upper Moreland Police Department recently posted the following arrests on the township web site. - Crystal Thomas of Willow Grove was charged with Fleeing and Eluding on January 3, 2013. - Sarah Jane Fasy of Philadelphia was charged with DUI Controlled Substances on January 3, 2013. - Timothy Santry of Hatboro was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on December 23,2012. - Tara Durkin of Horsham was arrested on December 23, 2012 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
