People of various age ranges participated in a foul shooting contest which gave them a chance to win a frozen turkey in time for Thanksgiving.

The Upper Moreland Educational Foundation hosted it's Third Annual 5K Run/Walk.

The Rotary Club hosted it's large philanthropic effort at the North Penn VFW on Friday, September 30.
The Willow Grove Rotary club hosted it's Casino night, sponosored by Hatboro Federal Savings, on Friday, Sept 30 at the North Penn VFW. The event featured blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, Texas Hold’em, and slots. Guests could win various electronics devices such as a TV, Amazon Kindle and a laptop. In it's fourth year, a $25 donation gave guests access to beer, wine soda and a buffet. The organization sponsors several fundraising effforts in the Willow Grove area, including a scholarship toward college tuition each year to an Upper Moreland High School student and providing for families during the holidays.
